Cosmically United Return and Refund Policy

Cosmically United provides digital membership access to online content, research, documents, and other member-only materials. No physical products are provided as part of the membership.

Digital Memberships

Because membership provides access to digital content, payments that have already been processed are generally non-refundable.

Cancelling your membership will prevent future recurring charges but does not automatically provide a refund for previous payments.

Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a duplicate charge, or encountered another billing issue, please contact Cosmically United so the issue can be reviewed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Cosmically United when appropriate or when required by applicable law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring membership at any time. Please see our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for additional information regarding subscription cancellation.
